Answers
How can we use a Kopy Kit?
In almost any way you want. Select items to print as articles in your newsletter; distribute pages as training materials, fliers, bullets, posters; use as promotional materials, etc.
How many copies can I make?
There is no limit to the number of copies you can make. Pages can be used as many times as you need them. The only limit is that the Kit can only be copied at that site where it was originally purchased.
Can I change the pages?
Feel free to edit or delete passages and words, illustrations, use the illustrations elsewhere, include your organization's phone number and logo, etc. But please be sure to always include our copyright notice in the modified page, or with any usage of our material. *Please note that reformatting the page with a word processing program will significantly change its look and layout because your computer and printer may not have all the available fonts.
I'm interested, but want to review the Kit before I purchase it. Is this possible?
Samples pages are available for viewing and downloading here. Also, if you order a Kopy Kit and are not satisfied for any reason, return it in good condition within 10 days ofreceiving it and we'll refund the product price.
Training, Teaching and Communicating With Kopy Kit Books

The Kits generally consists of tables, charts, worksheets and/or general information. How can a facilitator easily implement this program?
We organize our books in an evolutionary fashion. That is, we divide the manuscript into 4-8 sub-topics that flow logically from one related theme to the next. For example, Life SkillBuilders for Young Adults (#2530) is divided into six evolutionary topics:
This makes it easier to present and utilize the materials in a training and teaching format, while also allowing the flexibility to cross-reference topics depending upon the audience.
Another book, Managing Work and Family (#1960), was divided into four primary target topics:
This way it allows a facilitator to focus on one perspective at a time and optimize that topic. Leader's Guides for Trainers and Teachers are not yet available.
How We Research and Write Our Books
Where do you get your information? Who writes it?
Our table of contents and the supporting documentation are compiled through intense research. We have a library that is constantly evaluated and updated through the purchase of new books and periodical subscriptions. All of our materials are logged into our database with certain keywords. After we identify a topic, we scan for those keywords that apply, investigate the library and tap into those resources. We also research on the Internet, using only qualified websites such as the National Safety Council, the American Cancer Society, the Diabetes Foundation and other similar reputable sources.
As for subject matter, we create the topic and the table of contents according to the demands of the marketplace and the requests of our customers. After the research is compiled, all the material is shipped to a professional writer, a specialist in his or her field. We then have an editorial board of 8-10 professionals in that specific field review and critique the manuscript. They typically consist of counselors, trainers, human resource specialists, insurance reviewers, healthcare specialists, doctors and nurses. These professionals are listed as editorial review board members inside the book. Their changes and recommendations are incorporated in creating the table of contents and before the text goes to print.
How is participant satisfaction evaluated? Are any evaluations included with the program?
With all of our products we include a customer feedback form. The feedback is read and if immediate changes are necessary, the content is adjusted. If not, it is filed away until the book comes up for review. Because of the nature of the Kopy Kit, however, we cannot track the individual participants exposed to the book. We communicate with the individual or company representative who purchased the book.
Are the books kept up to date?
We periodically revise and update each of our Kopy Kits for statistical, medical and other related information. This includes reviewing our library for the newest information and sending each Kit out to 2-4 professionals in the field. Reviews are done to ensure that each Kopy Kit is as up to date and thorough as possible, and that it includes the safest and most respected and well-researched methods for health, safety and productivity education. Some topics, such as the health education titles, are reviewed more often due to the evolving nature of their content. Other titles are reviewed less frequently because their content is more universal.
